The seeds of Nahita Holding, based on a people-oriented approach and all its values, were sown in 1993 with the establishment of Ä°ntaÅŸ Steel Pipe. Ä°ntaÅŸ, which cuts steel pipes in any size and quantity, has managed to become one of the strong companies that can respond to every demand of its customers with its stock diversity and product quality.
In 2003, Nahita Holding brought Ege Pipe A.Åž., one of the leading companies in the Turkish private sector, into the sector and started supplying welded pipes, profiles, natural gas pipes, galvanized pipes, and fittings equipment.
In 2005, he established RT Foreign Trade, an import company. Under this broad umbrella, RT Foreign Trade is responsible for the import of steel and steel-drawn pipes, bicycle parts, pipe fitting equipment, and all equipment and products needed by the group companies. RT Foreign Trade has also opened foreign trade offices in Hong Kong, Washington DC in the USA, and Munich in Germany in order to develop the Holding's imports and exports, and has quickly become a valuable branch of Nahita Holding.
In 2009, EGN Foreign Trade, which he established to support his growing business lines, started to import natural gas and water fittings, manufacture steel fittings and sell construction materials.
In 2010, it was not limited to Izmir and continued its investments without slowing down and established Konya Pipe, Turkey's driving force in the industry, and continued its services in a wide range of products.
Aiming to meet all the needs of the people of our country with all its strength, Nahita Holding continued its activities by closing the service gap in the manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors of Ankara and surrounding provinces with AntaÅŸ Steel Pipe in 2012.
In 2015, EstaÅŸ Steel Pipe started its operations and specialized in welded pipe, profile sales, natural gas, and galvanized pipe sales. It has become the gateway of the Holding to the Marmara Region thanks to its reliable and exemplary service understanding in the field of iron and steel in the manufacturing and trading of steel-drawn pipes.
In 2016, Nahita Holding added another star to its group companies and established Simer Sheet Metal Processing Center. Established in a 5,000 m² area in Bornova, Simer Sheet Metal, as a pioneering company in investment, grew rapidly in a short period of 5 years and started to serve in 3 different campuses of Izmir in a total closed area of 40,000 m².
In addition to being a sheet metal trader, Simer Sheet Metal A.Åž. manufactures the sub-industry parts needed by all sectors related to metal with its wide machine park. Simer Sheet Metal, which manages to respond to all the demands of its customers from A to Z in the fastest way with its high business ethics, is also a leader in its sector with its principle of superior quality.
While expanding its portfolio by acquiring Bisan Bicycle, Turkey's first bicycle manufacturer, which has a well-known brand status and is frequently mentioned, in 2018, it combined the power of environmentalist and green energy with the quality perception of modern technology.
Nahita Holding's next strong step in environmental initiatives was Simerlift A.Åž. with its initiative that made a difference in the sector in 2019. Realizing its investments to contribute to the country's economy, Nahita Holding established Simerlift A.Åž. by combining its visionary perspective with its long years of experience.
In the stacking machinery sector, which is based on imports, Simerlift, which was established to reduce the current account deficit in the stacking group, soon became Turkey's sought-after domestic brand in stacking machines.
In addition, Simerlift A.Åž., which is the first factory in Turkey to produce 'only electric forklifts', aims to minimize the damage to nature, while at the same time making its impact felt all over Turkey with the idea of saving fuel.
In 2021, Nahita Holding, which adhered to its sustainability goal, entered the energy market with its facilities generating more than 30 MW of energy, mainly solar and wind energy. The Holding started to obtain all the energy needs of its companies from natural resources such as renewable wind energy and solar energy.
In 2022, Nahita Holding came into existence as a result of these brave initiatives made with years of experience, strong family ties, and great effort.
