New Era Begins at Bisan A.Åž!

Turkey's value and bicycle production leader Bisan A.Ş., which is under NAHİTA Holding, has undergone a managerial change with the new decisions taken. As of August 1, 2022, Bisan A.Ş. continues with its new management staff; Chairman of the Board of Directors Yusuf TEMURTAŞ, General Manager Rabeno SAĞMAN, and Assistant General Manager Erol BİNGÖL took over their duties.

With the takeover of the management, consumer satisfaction and 2023 targets took their place at the forefront.

New Chairman Yusuf TEMURTAÅž, '' "As Bisan A.Åž., we will continue our work and investments without slowing down by rapidly completing the bicycle production cycle with our new management. Beyond being a bicycle manufacturer company, we will continue to use technology to serve the good and benefit of society. We wish that our board members, who will add strength to this vision, will be auspicious for their new duties." He said. He concluded his speech; "Our goals for 2023 are bigger than ever, we are taking firm steps in this direction.

Who is Yusuf TEMURTAÅž?

In 2016, Mr. TemurtaÅŸ graduated from American University, Department of International Trade and Finance Management and completed his internship in Hong Kong. He started his professional career in the USA. TemurtaÅŸ, who worked in different sectors here, has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Simer Sheet Metal A.Åž. since 2017. In 2021, he also founded Simerlift A.Åž., the first factory in Turkey to produce 'only electric forklifts'. TemurtaÅŸ took office as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bisan in August 2022.

Rabeno SAÄžMAN, who graduated from Middle East University Mechanical Engineering, has worked in Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Management positions in many different corporate companies and continues his business life as General Manager at Bisan A.Åž. on August 1, 2022. General Manager SAÄžMAN said the following about his being at Bisan A.Åž. and his goals: "First of all, I would like to thank Yusuf TEMURTAÅž, our Chairman of the Board of Directors, for taking part in a company with a deep-rooted history of 59 years. Cycling, which is a free-spirited sport, is a passion of people from almost every age group. We know that we will do the best with years of experience in this formation. As a manufacturer, we have all the facilities in our factory. By the end of 2023, our goal is to increase our production line to the highest capacity and produce 250,000 bicycles and bring them together with bicycle enthusiasts. By increasing the export rate of our company, we will carry out intensive activities for our brand to take place in all world markets with the same effectiveness in our country.''

Erol BİNGÖL, who graduated from İzmir / Dokuz Eylül University F.E.A.S / Economics, started his career as an Inspector and Company Manager in the private sector and continued his career at Halkbank A.Ş. and retired as Branch Manager. On August 1, 2022, he started to work at Bisan A.Ş. with the title of Assistant General Manager. Our Assistant General Manager Mr. Erol BİNGÖL stated that he was honored to take part in the new structuring of Bisan A.Ş. and continued his words as follows: "I am very proud to be in such a well-established company where there is direct contact with the consumer. A valuable start has been made in line with the corporate vision and mission of our company and with the support of our dealers. We will give all our strength to the field in order to continue our success in the coming years. We will continue our work by visiting our dealers in their regions."
